I paid express, does that mean my order is bumped to the top?
Regrettably, express service dictates the speed at which you will receive it once it is in Aus Post hands. This does not prioritise your order during production.

How Long Before I get my order?
It takes us up to 5 days to process your order however please allow up to 10-14 during seasonal offers and launches.
Caring for your Giggle Bee items
If you need to clean any of our items, you can do so with a damp, cool cloth.
PLA (3D Printed Items) are likely to melt if exposed to heat, keep these items out of direct sunlight and away from heaters and candles.
A colour I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
Send us a message and we will see what's going on and we can order it in for you!
I want a custom colour, can you do this?
